About IJRP

The International Journal of Research Publication (IJRP) is a bimonthly, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published since 2016 (ISSN 2708-3578, online), with DOIs issued through its Crossref membership. It covers fields from biology and chemistry to medicine, engineering and the social sciences.

The challenge

What they needed

A journal runs on many moving parts: authors submitting papers, editors and reviewers assessing them, payments, certificates and a growing archive. IJRP needed one platform where authors find everything in a few clicks and the journal team can manage thousands of papers without the work piling up.

Our approach

How we worked

  1. 1

    Map the author journey

From choosing a call for papers to submitting, paying, tracking status and downloading a certificate, each step got its own clear, direct entry point.

  2. 2

    Build the submission workflow

Paper submission with templates, status checks, payment and downloadable certificates, so authors rarely need to email the journal.

  3. 3

    Organise the archive

Published papers organised by issue and research area, searchable by title, author and keyword.

  4. 4

    Support the editorial team

Pages for editors and reviewers, a way to apply to join the boards, and calls for papers with clear deadlines for every issue.
