Software Engineering Internship (Backend)—Onsite

About the role

Are you a talented and passionate Backend developer wish to building robust and scalable server-side applications? If so, we are looking for a Software Engineer intern (Backend) to join our team and contribute to the development of high-performing applications using NestJS.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new backend features.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Build and maintain scalable and secure APIs.
• Optimize backend systems for high performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Debug and resolve backend issues, ensuring smooth application functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in backend development.

What we're looking for

• hands on experience in backend application development.
• Proficiency in NestJS , Express frameworks (experience with both is a plus).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
• Experience in database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with authentication systems (e.g., JWT, OAuth2).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming and real-time communication tools like WebSocket.

Education

B.Sc / M.Sc in CSE / IT/ CIS or equivalent
